My consulting is not 'advice' on what to do. It's a one-time build to install growth assets that push your business forward.
1. We set a goal (for example, "I want to hit $1M/year consistently" or "I want to sell high-ticket programs without sales calls")
2. I create a 90-day plan to achieve it (your goal might require several rounds, but we work in 90-day sprints)
3. We work the plan one step at a time.
I become your thought partner, helping you define priorities, set KPIs, find bottlenecks, and stay on track.
Your team gets weekly audits, training, and assets to implement the plan as easily as possible.
It's all very outcome based: Defining what you want from your business, and then helping you get there in the fastest way possible.
